Eilleen Regina “Shania” Twain is a Canadian singer-songwriter, she has started her career as a musician since 1983.
She has sold over 100 million records, has become best-selling female artist in country music history.
Her first single “What Made You Say That” was relesed in 1983, reached #55 on the Billboard country single chart, it didn’t achieve much commercial success.
Her first studio album “Shania Twain” was released in 1993, climbed no higher than #67 on the Billboard country chart, but honored MC: 2× Platinum, BPI: Silver, and RIAA: Platinum.
Now, “Up!” was released in 2003, peaked #2 on the Canadian single & country single both charts, won Gold Disc by RIAA.
