
Linda Maria Ronstadt is an American singer, she has started her career as a musician since 1965.
She recorded & performed various genre songs, such as rock, pop, country, the Great American songbook, light opera, and latin music.
Her first single “Up to My Neck in High Muddy Water” with the Stone Poneys was released in 1968, peaked #93 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Her first studio album “Linda Ronstadt, Stone Poneys
and Friends, Vol. III” was released in 1968, but it didn’t rank the charts.
Now, “You Took Advantage of Me” was recorded 80s her second jazz album in “Lush Life”, arranged and conducted by Nelson Riddle, peaked #13 on the Billboard Hot 100, awarded Platinum by RIAA.
