Their debut single “Itzy Bitzy Spider” was released as a non-album single in 1995, but didn’t hit at all.
Now, “Barbie Girl” was recorded in their first album, released as a single in 1997, topped in many countries, such as Australian, German, Dutch, New Zealand, Norwegian, Swedish, Switzerland, and UK charts.
It also peaked #7 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Moreover, it was awarded a lot of Certifications.
It has become their signature song.
