“Love Grows (Where My Rosemary Goes)” was written by Tony Macaulay and Barry Mason.
The song was first recorded by Geoff Turton under the name Jefferson, but his version was released six months later.
Edison Lighthouse’s version was released in 1970 and topped the charts in the UK, Ireland, and New Zealand.
It also peaked at No. 2 in Australia, No. 3 in Canada and South Africa, and No. 5 on the US Billboard Hot 100. It reached the top 10 in several other countries as well.
The single sold over 300,000 copies in New Zealand, 400,000 copies in the UK, and one million copies in the US.

Edison Lighthouse was formed in 1969 as a studio project featuring session vocalist Tony Burrows.
Their debut single, “Love Grows (Where My Rosemary Goes),” became their best-known and most successful song.
Their second single, “She Works in a Woman’s Way,” was released in 1970 and peaked at No. 3 in New Zealand, but it was not a major hit in other countries.
After releasing the second single, Tony Burrows left the group.
Burrows also sang with several studio groups, including Edison Lighthouse, Brotherhood of Man, White Plains, The Pipkins, and The First Class.

“Ballade pour Adeline” was released in 1977, sold over 22 million copies in 38 countries.

He and his bandmate of Steve Miller formed their bands, Boz Scagg had acted in Steve Miller Band as a member from 1967 to 1968.

Scaggs began his solo career in 1969, the first solo single “We Were Always Sweethearts” was released in 1971, peaked #61 on the Billboard Hot 100, #40 on the Canadian single chart.

Now, “We’re All Alone” was written by himself, was recorded his album “Silk Degrees”, was released as a B-side single in 1976.
