Their debut single, “I’m Goin’ Mad,” was released in 1972 but did not chart. Their first charting single, “Is There Anybody There?”, was released in 1979 and reached No. 39 on the UK Singles Chart. Their debut album, Lonesome Crow, was released in 1972 and charted in Germany and Switzerland.
The Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra is one of the world’s leading orchestras, founded in 1882. It has worked with many renowned conductors, including Wilhelm Furtwängler, Herbert von Karajan, Carlos Kleiber, Claudio Abbado, and Sir Simon Rattle. The orchestra is known for its outstanding performances and recordings.
